Placement Management Services
Our Placement Management Service is great for owners that live locally, want to collect their own rent, and handle their own repairs. On a Placement, we carefully screen the applicants, show the property, collect the first month’s rent and security deposit from a qualified applicant, complete the move-in paperwork, then turn the tenant and the property back over to the owner. At that point, the owner personally manages the property himself/herself. The owner receives a copy of necessary paperwork pertaining to the placement of the tenant. The Placement Fee (Management Fee) is based on one month’s rent.
